Rachel Olney

Rachel Olney serves as the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Geosite, a cutting-edge data analytics company. Geosite excels in collecting, processing, and analyzing vast volumes of geospatial data, presenting the findings on an intuitive data platform. Rachel’s leadership empowers clients to seamlessly access information, facilitating well-informed decision-making. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Product Design, followed by a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.

Dr. Eddie Schlafy

Dr. Eddie Schlafly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Stanford University and earned his Ph.D. in Physics from Harvard University. Currently, he serves as an accomplished astronomer at the Space Telescope Institute (STSci), overseeing the operations of the James Webb and Hubble space telescopes. Dr. Shlafly specializes in the meticulous analysis of telescope data and actively contributes to the development of upcoming space astronomy missions.

Emily Gatson

Emily Gatson, an alumna of 2014 with a degree in Environmental Science and Resource Management (ESRM), is a highly skilled environmental scientist and spatial analyst. Her expertise spans Geographic Information Sciences (GIS), remote sensing, and coastal geomorphology. Emily earned her B.S. in Environmental Science and Resource Management, minoring in Chemistry, from CSU Channel Islands (CSUCI) in 2014. In 2022, she furthered her academic journey by obtaining an M.S. in Geographic Information Sciences from CSU Long Beach.
